About me

With almost 30 years of industry experience under my belt and completing over 900 sales, I am one of New Zealand’s most established and reputable Real Estate Agents.

I was a business owner/salesperson/agent/director of MyPlace Realty trading as Susa Guhl Partners for the past 6 years until making the move to KC & CO. Real Estate in August 2022. Over 90% of my listings were from referrals in that time. Prior to that position I had a stint in Auckland and before that, I was a business owner/salesperson/agent/director at Ray White Nelson for 6 years. The skills gained from my years in Real Estate continue to deepen my understanding as well as strengthen my career in the industry.

As a Residential Real Estate Agent, I combine my business acumen, knowledge of the property market, and hardworking ethos to deliver a high calibre of service and achieve the results that my clients and their properties deserve. And at the end of the day, there is nothing more rewarding than a truly happy client.
