Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Kat Campbell and Dylan Campbell of KC&CO. Real Estate ("the Promoter").
Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 1st June 2026 to 31st August 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
Eligibility
The promotion is open to property owners who enter into an Exclusive Agency Agreement with Kat Campbell and/or Dylan Campbell during the promotion period.
The property must be marketed and listed for sale through Kat and/or Dylan.
The marketing funds must have been paid in full as per the Agency Agreement.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
Eligible vendors will automatically receive one entry into the draw upon signing an Exclusive Agency Agreement with Kat and/or Dylan and marketing funds have been paid in full.
One entry per property listing.
Prize
The winner will receive reimbursement of their marketing package costs, up to a maximum value of $5,000 NZD.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash beyond the value of the marketing package paid.
Prize Draw
The winner will be drawn at random on 4th September 2026
The draw will take place at 50 Vanguard Street, Nelson.
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email.
Prize Payment
The marketing reimbursement will be paid to the winner within 3 work days of the property settlement date, provided all marketing costs have been paid in full.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity and allows the Promoter to publish their first name and general location for promotional purposes.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Compliance
This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable New Zealand laws and regulations.
