KC&CO. Fixed Fee Commission Terms & Conditions

Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Kat Campbell and Dylan Campbell of KC&CO. Real Estate ("the Promoter").

Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 1st October 2026 to 31st December 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

The fixed fee of $15,000 is including admin and GST.

The property must have a current Council Rating Valuation of $950,000 or less, as recorded by the relevant territorial authority at the time of signing the Agency Agreement.

The promotion is open to property owners who enter into an Exclusive Agency Agreement with Kat Campbell and/or Dylan Campbell during the promotion period.

The property must be marketed and listed for sale through Kat and/or Dylan.

The marketing funds must have been paid in full as per the Agency Agreement.

The promotional flyer must be shown to Kat and/or Dylan at the time of listing or prior to signing the Agency Agreement to be elgible for the fee.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Compliance

This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable New Zealand laws and regulations.
